Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
An uninterrupted opening video is mandatory to claim any defect or damage.
Clear photographs along with the opening video must be shared within 48 hours.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Important Guidelines

Slight colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Handloom and zari products may have minor irregularities, which are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and not considered defects.
The customer must courier the product back at their own cost.
The exchanged product will be dispatched only after a thorough quality inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos and a proper opening video as proof.
Claims without an opening video will not be accepted.

General Disclaimer

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Mystic Weaves reserves the right to decline exchanges if products do not meet the above conditions.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all the terms and policies mentioned above.
